Their help service is available 24/7 and is always confidential. Their professional staff will help you with any problems that might arise and have the ability to refer you to local programs or services for ongoing support.
The Alzheimer’s Association hotline can not however diagnose Alzheimer’s disease and asks that you consult your family physician if you or someone you care for is having memory problems.
